Stellus Capital Investment ups credit facility to $200M

Stellus Capital Investment Corp. on Sept. 13 amended its senior secured revolving credit agreement to increase the total commitments to $200 million from $180 million.

The amendment also increased the amount of the accordion feature, which allows the company to increase the aggregate commitments under the credit facility to a maximum of $250 million from a maximum of $195 million, subject to new or existing lenders agreeing to participate in the increase and other customary conditions.
