The board of Kony Inc. named Diebold Nixdorf Inc.'s president and CEO, Andreas Mattes, as a director.

The appointment takes immediate effect.

Kony is a cloud-based enterprise application and mobility solutions company. The two companies partnered in May to offer white label mobile application solutions for financial institutions and retailers.
