Michael Scott resigned as managing director, CFO and treasurer of Black Creek Diversified Property Fund Inc. on March 19, to pursue other opportunities.

The diversified real estate investment trust named Lainie Minnick to succeed Scott, effective April 30.

Minnick previously served as managing director and head of debt capital markets at Black Creek Diversified, Black Creek Industrial REIT IV Inc. and Industrial Property Trust Inc.
