Ameren Corp. is rotating responsibilities of two company executives, effective Dec. 1.

Michael Moehn will become the company's executive vice president and CFO, a role currently held by Martin Lyons Jr, according to an Oct. 15 Form 8-K filing.

Lyons will take over Moehn's position as chairman and president of Union Electric Co., which does business as Ameren Missouri, the company said.
