EnterpriseProducts Partners LP said that it has sold an aggregate of66,837,916 common units from Jan. 1 to April 1, for about $1.58 billion.

The proceeds include $100 million from an aggregate of 3,830,256common units issued to affiliates of Enterprise Products Co. in January underthe partnership's at-the-market equity issuance program, and an additionalreinvestment of $100 million by affiliates of Enterprise Products for anadditional 4,481,504 common units under the distribution reinvestment plan,according to the partnership's Form 8-K filed April 4.

Some of the common units were also sold under thepartnership's employee unit purchase plan, the filing said.
