Fidelity National Information Services closes senior note offerings

Fidelity National Information Services Inc. on May 21 completed the offering of its euro-, pounds sterling- and U.S. dollar-denominated senior notes.

The euro-denominated notes consist of €500 million of floating-rate senior notes due 2021; €500 million of 0.125% senior notes due 2021; €1.25 billion of 0.750% senior notes due 2023; €1.25 billion of 1.500% senior notes due 2027; €1 billion of 2.000% senior notes due 2030; and €500 million of 2.950% senior notes due 2039.

The pounds sterling-denominated notes issued consist of £625 million of 2.602% senior notes due 2025 and £625 million of 3.360% senior notes due 2031. Fidelity also issued $1 billion of 3.750% senior notes due 2029.
