Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Ltd.'s board elected Chen Siqing as chairman, effective from May 20.

Chen Siqing served as chairman of Bank of China Ltd. from August 2017 to April 2019, according to a May 20 release. He was appointed a director on ICBC bank's board in April, following reports of his eventual appointment as the bank's chairman.
