The shareholders of Atrum Coal NL on Nov. 30, 2016, approved the change of the company's name to Atrum Coal Ltd., converting the company's type from a no liability company to a public company limited by shares.

The change was recorded by the ASIC on Jan. 20, according to a Jan. 23 press release.
