TerraForm Power Inc. on Dec. 27 said it named David Pauker as an independent director to the company's board, according to a company statement.

Paukner replaced David Springer, who resigned from the board. The appointment, which took effect Dec. 20, increased the number of independent directors on TerraForm Power's board to seven members from six members.
