S&P Global Market Intelligence presents a daily roundup of management and board changes in the bank and thrift industry. This feature excludes C-level leadership changes and stories previously covered by S&P Global Market Intelligence.

* Johnson Bank named Russ Plewa senior vice president and commercial banking relationship manager, according to a press release posted on Urban Milwaukee.

Plewa has 28 years of financial services experience.

The bank is a unit of Racine, Wis.-based Johnson Financial Group Inc.

* South Carolina-based Coastal Carolina National Bank named W. David Keller senior vice president and Midlands market executive.

He was most recently with Greenville, S.C.-based Southern First Bank, a unit of Southern First Bancshares Inc.

Coastal Carolina National Bank is a unit of Coastal Carolina Bancshares Inc.

* After almost 14 years at TD Bank Group, Colleen Johnston, group head of direct channels, technology, marketing, and corporate and public affairs, intends to retire in April 2018.

With her upcoming retirement, TD also announced changes to its senior executive team.

Norie Campbell, currently group head and chief general counsel of TD Bank Group, will become group head of customer and colleague experience.

Current TD Bank Group Executive Vice President and General Counsel Ellen Patterson will become group head, general counsel, TD Bank Group.

Michael Rhodes, currently executive vice president of TD Bank Group and head of consumer banking of TD Bank, will become group head of innovation, technology and shared services of TD Bank Group.

Leo Salom, currently executive vice president of wealth management of TD Bank Group, will become group head, wealth management and TD Insurance, TD Bank Group.

The changes take effect Nov. 1 and all report to TD Bank Group President and CEO Bharat Masrani.

Among the executives who continue to report to Masrani are current TD Bank President and CEO Greg Braca, who will also become group head of U.S. retail of TD Bank Group, as well as Paul Douglas, currently executive vice president of Canadian business banking, who will become group head of Canadian business banking of TD Bank Group.

Toronto-Dominion Bank and its subsidiaries are collectively known as TD Bank Group.

* PlainsCapital Bank named Steve Schaller executive vice president and market manager, and Jeff Horner senior vice president and wealth strategist.

The Dallas-based bank is a subsidiary of Hilltop Holdings Inc.
