Plaza RetailREIT completed its bought-deal public offering, netting roughly C$23 million.

The company sold 5,002,500trust units at a price of C$4.60 apiece,representing the base offering size of 4,350,000 units, plus the full exerciseof the underwriters' option to buy up to 652,500 additional units, the companysaid March 31.

The syndicate ofunderwriters for the offering was led by RBC Capital Markets.
