The report addedthat Hackworth, who has been treasurer since 2013, informed company CFO Paul Donofrioabout his intention to retire. Hackworth will remain with BofA until May 31 to assistwith the transition, the Journal reported,citing an internal memo from Donofrio.
A spokespersonfor Bank of America refused to make either Magasiner or Hackworth available forcomment, according to the newspaper.
