Daishi Bank completes share buyback plan

Daishi Bank Ltd. has completed its share repurchase program after spending the maximum amount it had planned to use.

The lender said Dec. 12 it bought back 3.06 million of its own shares for ¥1.50 billion.

In November, Daishi had said it would repurchase up to 4 million shares for a maximum of ¥1.5 billion between Nov. 14 and Dec. 30.

As of Dec. 12, US$1 was equivalent to ¥115.45.
