Denver-based cannabis management platform MJardin Group closed its reverse takeover of Sumtra Diversified Inc., through which the Canadian company will change its name MJardin Group Inc. and delist from the TSX Venture Exchange.

MJardin Group expects its shares to start trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange on Nov. 15, under the MJAR ticker.
