NAB names independent customer advocate for retail, small biz clients

NationalAustralia Bank Ltd. named Catherine Wolthuizen as independentcustomer advocate for its retail and small-business customers.

Wolthuizen is a former chair of the Consumers' Federation ofAustralia. She will join the bank in August, according to a July 11 newsrelease.

In May 2015, NAB appointed Dimity Kingsford Smith as independent customeradvocate for its wealth advice complaints process.
