Eaton VanceManagement unit EatonVance Management (International) Ltd. appointed Tjalling Halbertsmamanaging director, effective Sept. 19.

Halbertsma will oversee existing and new businessdevelopment globally for Eaton Vance across Europe, the Middle East and Africa;Asia, including Japan; Latin America; and Australia.

Halbertsma joins the company from in London,where he most recently was head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
