Prologis' Q3 adjusted funds from operations jump 25% YOY

Prologis Inc. reported third-quarter adjusted FFO of $460.5 million, up 25.0% from $368.5 million in the year-ago period.

Core funds from operations totaled $369.7 million, or 67 cents per share, an 8% drop from $402.2 million, or 73 cents per share, in the 2016 third quarter.

NAREIT-defined FFO came in at $508.8 million, up from $447.9 million in the year-ago period, while FFO, as modified by Prologis, totaled $526.7 million, compared to $448.4 million in the prior-year period.

The S&P Capital IQ consensus FFO-per-share estimate for the third quarter was 66 cents per share.

Prologis forecasts core FFO per share in the range of $2.79 to $2.81 for the 2017 full year, compared to the previous range of $2.78 to $2.82.
