India Lease Development Ltd. named Sumana Verma and Rohit Madan its CEO and CFO, respectively, the financial leasing company said Aug. 10.

Verma and Madan are replacing Arun Mitter, who resigned from his dual position of CEO and CFO Aug. 10, citing personal reasons, the same-day statement said.
