Malath Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance Co. named Fawaz al-Hijji as its new CEO, effective Jan. 1, 2018, Argaam reported Dec. 20.

Al-Hijji currently serves as Malath's executive vice president for motor insurance. He will replace Nasser al-Bunni, who resigned, also effective at the start of 2018, for personal reasons.
