Validus Holdings, Validus Reinsurance enter 2 revolving credit facilities

Validus Holdings Ltd. and Validus Reinsurance Ltd. have entered into two unsecured revolving credit facilities with different lenders.

A $65.0 million unsecured revolving credit facility, which will expire Aug. 6, 2018, was entered into with Barclays Bank PLC as the lender. The two companies also entered into a $100.0 million unsecured revolving credit facility with HSBC Bank USA NA as the lender. The HSBC facility will expire Dec. 31, 2019.

Loans under both facilities will be available for general corporate and working capital purposes.
