Salt Lake City-based inContact Inc. reached a settlement with the FCC toresolve a rural call completion investigation.
According to a May 9 official news release, inContact will paya $100,000 civil penalty to settle the probe that followed consumer complaintsabout problems with receiving work calls in rural Minnesota.
As part of the settlement, inContact will also implement acompliance plan that requires the company to investigate and resolve consumercomplaints.
