said March30 that it acquired the Silvershot silver property located in the Golden Trianglenear Stewart, British Columbia through staking.

The 235-hectareproperty is located near the past producing Portland Canal mine and lies approximately7 kilometers northeast of Stewart. It lies within the Portland Canal Fissure Zone,which has hosted several historic mines.

This latestacquisition is part of American Creek's strategy of adding shareholder value byincreasing its gold and silver property portfolio while mineral prices are at depressedlevels.

Earlier, thecompany also acquired the D1 and GoldHill properties.
