Olympia, Wash.-based HeritageBank named Thomas Henning as executive vice president and chief riskofficer.

Henning was previously the senior vice president of enterpriserisk management and regulatory relations for a Florida-based regional banking organization,according to a May 2 news release.

Heritage Bank is a unit of Heritage Financial Corp.
