Resilient REIT appointed PKF Octagon Inc. as its new external auditor, effective Dec. 18, with Henico Schalekamp as the designated audit partner.

PKF replaces Deloitte & Touche, which terminated its external audit services for the South African real estate investment trust by mutual agreement, effective Nov. 30.
