Peru'sBanco de Comercio SAon July 20 issued 10-year subordinated bonds worth 4.5 million soles at anominal annual interest rate of 12.5%, the bank said.
Theissuance was comprised of nine bonds worth 500,000 soles each.
Thebonds are part of the bank's third subordinated bond issuance.
As of July 20, US$1 was worth3.30 Peruvian soles.
