Mantle MiningCorp. Ltd. said May 10 that it has completed the acquisition of a95% stake in Morning Star GoldNL after making an initial payment.

Mantle has made the first acquisition payment and thebalance will paid in three A$1 million installments each on June 30, Oct. 31and Feb. 28, 2017.

The company now plans to restart work at the gold project inQueensland, Australia, and Morning Star gold project in Victoria, Australia.

Morning Star Gold's shareholders the transaction earlier thismonth.
