Joseph Flynn resigned as CEO and a director to pursue an opportunity as CEO of a privately held business.

In addition, Judy Krandel, CFO of online dating services provider Snap Interactive Inc., joined the company's board.

Krandel previously served in senior positions at Juniper Investment Fund, Alpine Woods, First New York Securities and Kern Capital Management.
