Kroll affirms Bryn Mawr Bank

Kroll Bond RatingAgency on July 18 affirmed several ratings for Bryn Mawr, Pa.-based , including its A- seniorunsecured debt rating and BBB+ subordinated debt rating.

Also affirmedwas the company's K2 short-term debt rating, as well as unit Bryn Mawr Trust Co.'s A senior unsecured debt/deposit ratingand its K1 short-term deposit rating. The rating agency also assigned the bank asubordinated debt rating of A- and a short-term debt rating of K1.

All long-termratings have a stable outlook.

Kroll citedthe company's seasoned management team, strong credit culture, well-diversifiedrevenue sources, sound credit quality and historically stable core earnings metricsas factors that support its ratings.
