MSG Networks Inc. is looking for potential buyers and has reached out to investment bank Guggenheim to help with the sale process, the New York Post reported April 3, citing sources with knowledge of the details.

Companies that could be interested in buying MSG Networks include Verizon Communications Inc. In case of a sale, MSG Networks Chairman James Dolan could use the proceeds to make a play for Madison Square Garden Co., sources reportedly said.
