DuPont Fabros TechnologyInc. is planning to offer to the public its series C cumulative redeemableperpetual preferred stock.
Joint book-running managers for the offering include Stifel Nicolaus& Co. Inc., Raymond James & Associates Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co.and RBC Capital Markets LLC. The company is granting underwriters a 30-dayoption to purchase up to an additional 15% of shares of series C preferred stock.
DuPont Fabros previouslysaid it plans to redeem 3.4 million shares of 7.875% series A cumulativeredeemable perpetual preferred stock on May 27. Proceeds from the sale of seriesC preferred stock will go toward redeeming all shares of series A preferred stockstill outstanding after that redemption.
Any remaining net proceeds will go toward redeeming some of itsoutstanding shares of 7.625% series B cumulative redeemable perpetual preferredstock and for other general corporate purposes.
The company plans to file to list the series C preferred stockon the NYSE.
