Banca Farmafactoring names vice chairman; OP Financial adds to executive board

Banca Farmafactoring

Banca Farmafactoring SpA's board of directors assigned the role of vice chairman to director Federico Luswergh.

Luswergh replaces Luigi Sbrozzi, who resigned Dec. 9. The Italian lender also appointed Giorgia Rodigari to replace Sbrozzi on the board as nonexecutive and nonindependent member.

Nordea Bank

Finland-based Nordea Bank Abp named Anders Holkmann Olsen its new branch manager in Denmark.

Olsen currently serves as chief legal officer at Nordea Denmark. He will retain this role and will continue to act as general counsel of Nordea Personal Banking in Denmark, Børsen and FinansWatch reported.

OP Financial Group

Hannakaisa Länsisalmi, vice president for human resources at OP Pankki, will join parent OP Financial Group's executive board in January 2020. The appointment is part of a series of management changes.

In addition, Olli Lehtilä will become deputy CEO of OP Financial Group. Lehtilä is currently senior vice president in charge of insurance customers at OP, Kauppalehti wrote.
