Host Hotels looking to sell 6-hotel portfolio

Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. is looking to sell a six-hotel portfolio with an estimated value of about $325 million, Real Estate Alert reported.

The portfolio includes the 256-room Chicago Marriott O'Hare Suites at 6155 River Road and the 254-room Chicago Marriott Suites Downers Grove, both in Illinois, Crain's Chicago Business reported separately.

The other hotels in the portfolio are in Scottsdale, Ariz.; Atlanta; and Orange County, Calif. A buyer could potentially rebrand the hotels, according to Real Estate Alert.
