THL Credit Advisors LLC has closed a $511.5 million collateralized loan obligation led by Morgan Stanley.

THL Credit together with its affiliates now manages 22 CLOs totaling more than $12 billion in assets following their recent acquisition of the CLO management business of Kramer Van Kirk Credit Strategies LP and KVK Global Strategies LLC.
