The CEO of Euronext Lisbon resigned to take up a post on the managing board of Caixa Geral de Depósitos SA, Euronext NV said Dec. 13.

Maria João Carioca's appointment at Caixa Geral is at the request of the Portuguese government and is subject to regulatory approvals. She will remain in her post at Euronext until the first quarter of 2017, the company said.
