Iron Mountain Inc. closed on the sale of C21 Data Services Ltd. to European records and information management provider Oasis Group.

The transaction, finalized Dec. 9, was approved by the U.K.'s Competition and Markets Authority.

C21 Data Services, which operates in Aberdeen and Dundee areas of Scotland, is a legacy asset of Recall Holdings Ltd. The sale of the asset was required for the closing of Iron Mountain's roughly $2 billion Recall acquisition, which closed in May.
