Nazca Capital purchases aromatic herbs supplier Herbex

Spanish middle-market private equity firm Nazca Capital acquired aromatic herbs retailer Herbex for an undisclosed amount, PE Hub Network reported, citing a news release.

Jaime Visquert, Herbex's founder and CEO, will stay at the helm and remain a significant shareholder.

The Nazca investment includes funding for the retailer's growth across traditional and new markets, as well as across new channels.

Zechman Capital and Deloitte advised Herbex, while Pérez-Llorca and EY advised Nazca.
