Fed orders $12,000 penalty against Montana's Farmers State Bank

The Federal Reserve Board on Oct. 6 assessed a civil money penalty of $12,000 against Victor, Mont.-based Farmers State Bank.

The penalty is in connection with the Farmers State Financial Corp. subsidiary's alleged violations of the National Flood Insurance Act.
