Bill.com Holdings ups IPO price range

Bill.com Holdings Inc. raised the price range for its IPO of 8,823,529 shares to between $19.00 and $21.00 per share, according to an amended Form S-1.

The Palo Alto, Calif.-based company previously priced its IPO in the range of $16.00 to $18.00 per share.

The proposed maximum aggregate offering price is now about $213.1 million, estimated solely for the purpose of calculating the amount of the registration fee and including an additional 1,323,529 shares that the underwriters have the option to purchase.

The company has secured approval to list its common stock on the NYSE under the symbol BILL.

The filing listed Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities Inc., Jefferies LLC, KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., Canaccord Genuity LLC, Needham & Co. LLC and William Blair & Co. LLC as underwriters.
