CK Hutchison Holdings Ltd. appointed two new members to its board, effective Jan. 1, 2017.

Edith Shih will serve as an executive director and Susan Chow Woo Mo Fong will be appointed a nonexecutive director.

Shih has been with CK Hutchison Group since 1989 and is its head group general counsel and company secretary, taking charge of the group's legal, corporate finance, regulatory, compliance and corporate governance affairs.

Chow is a senior advisor to the company.
