Toronto-listed Pacific Potash Corp. established a new Hong Kong incorporated subsidiary named Pacific Silk Road Resources Ltd., according to an Oct. 16 release.

The subsidiary will help advance the company's strategy to establish its presence in the Asian market and allow it to be involved in China's One Belt, One Road initiative.
