Hawthorn Bank names COO

Jefferson City, Mo.-based Hawthorn Bank named Kathleen Bruegenhemke COO, the Columbia (Mo.) Business Times reported Jan. 27.

Bruegenhemke, who joined the bank in 1992, will hold the post in conjunction with her current position as chief risk officer.

The news outlet also reported that Todd Hoien was appointed market president for the Columbia area. He was previously the market area's senior vice president and senior commercial lender.

Hawthorn Bank is a unit of Hawthorn Bancshares Inc.
