Fiera Capital closes offerings, raises C$169M

Fiera Capital Corp. has completed its offerings of class A subordinate voting shares and 5.00% subordinated debentures.

Gross proceeds, including underwriters' fully exercised overallotment options, amounted to approximately C$169 million. The capital raised will go toward recently announced acquisitions and the reduction of debt.

A syndicate of underwriters co-led by National Bank Financial Inc., Desjardins Capital Markets and GMP Securities LP purchased, on a bought deal basis, 6,347,000 class A subordinate voting shares at C$13.00 per share.

A syndicate of underwriters co-led by National Bank Financial Inc., Desjardins Capital Markets and Scotiabank purchased, on a bought deal basis, about C$86.3 million of 5.00% subordinated debentures, due June 30, 2023.
