Bank M2M Europe to change name

Bank M2M Europe AS will change its name to Signet Bank AS on Oct. 11.

The name change follows the acquisition of a majority stake in the Latvian bank by Signet Global Investors Ltd., SIA Hansalink and SIA Fin.lv in September. The new name reflects the aim of Signet Global Investors to improve the bank's international development.

Bank M2M Europe said the name change will not affect its overall strategy, which revolves around wealth management for high-net-worth individuals.
