Norwest Equity Partners announced several leadership changes, including the promotion of Taylor Moore to principal from director.

Prior to joining the Minneapolis-based middle-market equity firm, Moore served as an investment banking associate at Piper Jaffray.

Norwest Equity Partners also promoted Jason Sondell to principal from director. Before joining the company, Sondell worked at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he worked on investment banking transactions including debt financing and private placements.

In addition, Norwest Equity Partners promoted Brandon Ressler to assistant controller from senior accountant and Emma Gergen to director from senior associate.
