Créditos y Ahorro Credifinanciera issues 100B Colombian pesos in bonds

Colombia's Créditos y Ahorro Credifinanciera SA Compañía de Financiamiento on Sept. 26 issued ordinary bonds worth 100.00 billion pesos, according to a regulatory filing.

The five-year notes were offered to investors in the secondary market in Colombia.

The proceeds from the offering will be used for the growth of the company's credit portfolio earmarked for financial inclusion operations, the company said.

The bonds were sold in two separate orders of 35.00 billion pesos and 65.00 billion pesos, and carry an annual rate is of 10.61%.

As of Sept. 25, US$1 was equivalent to 3,450.400 Colombian pesos.
