Empiric Student Property PLC said CFO Lynne Fennah added the position of COO, effective July 1.

Fennah, who became CFO on June 26, 2017, has been overseeing the London-listed real estate investment trust's daily operating activities since December 2017.

Additionally, Chief Investment Officer Tim Attlee will continue to serve as the company's acting CEO, a role that he took up upon the termination of CEO Paul Hadaway.

Empiric said it is also on the hunt for a new non-executive chairman, according to a release.
