DCB Bancshares president, CEO resigns

William Kincaid Jr. resigned as president, CEO and adirector of Damascus, Md.-based DCB Bancshares Inc., the parent company of ,effective immediately.

Kincaid left to "pursue other professionalinterests," according to an Oct. 6 letter written by Chairman StephenDeadrick to shareholders.

CFO Bob Carpenter and Chief Lending Officer Bill Lindlawwill serve as co-CEOs in the interim, until the company's board names Kincaid'ssuccessor.
