Canadian National Railway CEO quits

Canadian National Railway Co. has named Jean-Jacques Ruest as the company's interim president and CEO following the abrupt departure of Luc Jobin.

Ruest previously w as the executive vice president and chief marketing officer.

No reason was given for Jobin's resignation.

The company said it is maintaining its fiscal-year 2018 guidance to deliver adjusted diluted earnings per share in the range of C$5.25 to C$5.40.
