BefimmoSA completed its capital increase through the issue of new shares toraise gross proceeds of €127 million.
The company’s 2,275,630 new shares were subscribed at €49.75apiece through the exercise of priority allocation rights.
Further, 2,540,623 unexercised priority allocation rightswere sold to qualified investors in a private placement through an acceleratedbookbuild offering.
The company said the offering proceeds will be used toinvest in office properties in Belgium and Luxembourg. The company'sloan-to-value ratio is expected to be 40.52% following the offering, comparedto 45.64% at June 30.
The issuance, delivery and listing of the new shares on theEuronext Brussels is expected to occur Sept. 27.
ING Belgium SA/NV and Kempen & Co. NV were the globalcoordinators and joint book runners for the issuance. Other joint book runnerswere Belfius Bank SA/NV, BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV and KBC Securities SA/NV.
