Rexford Industrial Realty Inc. said Adeel Khan has decided to resign as CFO of the company, but will remain in his role until a successor is hired.

The industrial real estate investment trust, which has launched the search process for a new CFO, said it is exploring the possibility of a new role for Khan once a new CFO is named.
